Yadira was absolutely fabulous when upgrading us to a tower at moro cid with gorgeous views on 12th floor. Most employees at cid were very friendly and always at your service. ”

“My daughter and I spent two nights at El Cid Moro Hotel in Mazatlán. We stayed at one of their junior suites. Our hotel room was big, nicely decorated, and it had the most amazing view ever. The bathroom had a funky smell, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains. We opted for the European plan which meant we had to buy our own drinks. We ended up paying almost 40 dollars for 2 drinks. The hotel didn’t have enough umbrellas and loungers by the beach, but it had 3 different swimming pools ”
