“Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)”

“1.I payed club room with 330USD per day. But live with same room as normal 2. They always made mistake , like not provide me the card, charge me Internet fee. And never say sorry, even they know it's theirw mistake”

“Our 3rd time staying at this resort and it gets better every time! All staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. Armando and Hugo are two staff members that went above and beyond. Great location! The marina is right across the street which has many restaurants and shops. Plenty of onsite dining options for those that don't like to venture off. ”

“Bad service. I did not live in the hotel for 2 nights, but they charge me 2 nights cleaning fee for no reason. If you don't want to pay the extra fee they won't let you to checkin.”

“This is our 3rd stay here in a year. We love it so much. The only issues we ever have surround the bathroom. Faucets brown, tub faucets broken/rusted/leaking, shower will not keep constant pressure or temperature. If you were to maintain the bath areas this would be a huge thing for us. We have been down with large groups all 3 times with everyone complaining about room bathrooms. Everything else on the property is phenomenal!!! ”

“Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously.……
