“The resort was beautiful, quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will see monkeys and sloths. The staff will point them out to you as well. Most of the community does speak English and do take dollars without difficulty. The restaurants on the resort are pricey, we tried Agua Azul close by and it was delicious and reasonable, Emil’s Cafe was also great but also a little more pricey. Taking a taxi to the local restaurants in Manuel Antonio is about $10 each……

“We went here for our honeymoon- and LOVED it!! Incredible breakfast, beautiful view right from the dining area, sunsets unlike any I’ve ever seen, right from our jacuzzi. Private jacuzzi on each balcony… amazing. Also plenty of options for local tours/etc and they arrange for transportation and guides and everything. Manuel Antonio national park- amazing wildlife, worth getting a guide who can point out all the biodiversity with binoculars!! And the beach there is incredible- clear water,……

Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. “This property was amazing, literally one of the most beautiful properties that I have ever stayed at! The staff were so accomodating, especially given a reservation error . They had us check in, stated they would handle the problem with Expedia, and told us the most important thing is that we have a good time. AND THEY LIVED UP TO IT! “Our room had absolutely amazing views and was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. We were in one of the beach view rooms with a large patio and extra bedroom. The property was very quiet. I couldn't hear the noise from the road behind, only the ocean waves. The pool was clean and surrounded by lovely landscaping.
