“The room and property were fine. However, I could not get the Wi-Fi to work on my computer, and the front desk tried to help but couldn’t get it to work either. Rrrr. Sunday morning, there was no hot breakfast available, no hot water for tea, and no spoons for the yogurt. It appeared that someone didn’t come in to work and so, the housekeeping staff tried their best to fill in. A series of unfortunate events….”

“Staff was kind and helpful. Receptionist noticed I was very tired and give me a bottom floor room close to the front. Able to park right outside the side door. Room is spacious and clean. TV works well. Climate control works well. I have to admit that I haven’t stayed at a RRI since I was paycheck to paycheck 20 years ago—now I am a 4 stars or more girl. Was desperate today b/c felt ill and could not drive anymore due to exhaustion, was an hour away from destination and just couldn’t make it.……
