The room I was put in smelled of a combination of musty and heavy cleaning solvents. I tried to ignore this smell and go to sleep but it eventually seeped into my sinuses and was making me feel physically ill. I had to ask the front desk staff member to please move to a new room, which she did. That room was a lot better, though not completely free of a similar kind of smell. To be fair I had no problem with the hotel staff - just the condition of the room. Although it is unclear to me why a room that smelled that bad was being offered to guests?

We missed our flight at Midway. We were stressed and your gal at the desk was so helpful and compassionate. We appreciated that. The room was clean and welcoming. It did smell a little musty.
