“Night desk lady was so sweet! We didn’t get to the hotel till 4 am and was so nice to see a smiling face! Very clean and comfortable. ”

“This property is in a convenient location. Upon entering we noticed stain all over the living room carpet. So gross. Also, the comforters on two of the beds looked dirty and had stains/ marks in many places. The fridge looked dirty too. The beds were comfortable.”

This property has been beautifully appointed and equipped with the latest technology - from check in to check out, the WIFI, the TVs, the Sonos speakers. Loved the renovations. The family could bond with games, food, walks, bike rides, getting out on the lake and just hanging out. Highly recommend.”

“We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed ”
