“Very comfortable, but we actually selected this hotel because we have been on the road for a long time and saw that you have laundry accommodations. We were so excited to do some laundry…but it was road block after road block. We needed quarters, but the desk only had a few, the laundry soap dispenser was out of order, so we had to find a local place to get laundry soap and quarters. We did end up able to do laundry which was great, but if facilities are not ready for use… maybe don’t list them……

I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the generously sized room to the amazing customer service, we loved every minute of the three days we spent at the beautiful property. “Funky concept but didn't delight. Lobby and staff were fun. Color palette was cool. No breakfast. A/C only came from one side of the room, while the bed was on the other side of a wall so poor airflow. Felt a bit more like a dorm than a hotel if that's the vibe you want - try it ”

“Great location for Browns Island concert and downtown. Parking free with hotel key. Yummy crab cake in the 2nd floor restaurant and delicious buffet breakfast for about $20. Such friendly, kind, and helpful staff throughout the hotel. If in the area, definitely would stay again.”
