“原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。”

“地點優越，從機場坐火車十七分鐘到站再從車站行三至四分鐘便到達酒店（從火車站落車後落一層經地下通道直行然後再撘lift上地面最快）；地鐵站和火車站相連，出入其他旅遊景點交通非常之超級方便(如參加local tours, 集合上車地點也很近，只需要二分鐘步程）。酒店位置安全聆静，房間乾淨舒適，有開放式廚房，微波焗爐洗衣機洗碗碟機並提供各一次性份量的簡單清潔劑及用品。今次要非常感謝酒店短髮的女接待員親切友善專業服務態度，令我們有一個開心快樂的Copenhagen 之旅，多謝妳。”

“The apartment was beautiful. There was an obvious high level of care taken to creates welcoming space. Everything in it was new. The walk to the harbor was only 10 minutes. Great location!”

“Near beach. Close to airport, city sights etc. Large for Europena style, excellent and modern. Had dishwasher and clothes washer (bring your own clothes detergent). Rooms have semi black out shades which are essential for the long sunshine days and nights. Be prepared to possibly walk up to four levels of stairs if someone did not operate the lift properly, because it might be "stuck" on the floor where they did not exit according to instructions. READ your digital guidebook they send……

“Exceeded expectations. Was perfect for a friends trip to be able to have a common space to hang out with separate bedrooms, and the convenience of a hotel with a check in desk and someone to ask questions about the property. The location was perfect, nestled within a cute neighborhood to live like a local. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few blocks that were easy and really good. There's 2 groceries stores close as well for food and forgotten toiletries. It was easy to walk……

“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“Alt var som forventet, og lige lidt til. Lækker lejlighed, lækre møbler og dyner. Parkering foran lejlighed er møj dyrt :) Rengøringen af lige misset at gøre rent under sofaen - fandt en uventet "gave" da sengen skulle slås ud.”

“I love love love this apartment and their kindly staff there, it feels like home and you can contact with them for any problems or questions related to staying in Copenhagen all day via Email or what’s app. It’s a home rather than an apartment, their decoration and service are super cosy. I was calling sick and got period suddenly on the check out date and they do help me a lot and let me postpone a but time to check out. I really do appreciate it and prefer to go back for staying again.……

“Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before ”

“非常棒的酒店，适合全家旅游，干净，便利，服务人员很专业。价格合适性价比非常高，条件很好，五星强烈推荐。”

“房間非常寬敞，設施亦很齊全，有廚房和洗衣機，樓下亦有gym。可惜洗衣機門常打不開，但其中一位員工非常熱心幫忙，問題也得以解決。只是他不在的時候，其他員工不懂怎麼協助，承諾明天會有技工解決，但洗衣機門依然打不開，也沒有交代有沒有人來整過，或是有其他原因所以未能解決。住在這裏大致上都非常愉快，只是這個問題上，覺得員工向我們交代一聲會比較好。”

“This is the second time that my husband and I stayed in one of the apartments. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it is very quiet. The kitchen had up to date appliances and a washer and drier unit. It’s a few blocks from the main train station and several blocks from a grocery store as well as walking distance to the central city. Because the Hypernym is also a hotel there are staff members available twenty four hours a day. We plan……

“無電視觀看，有點失望, 加上用唔到iPhone 投射上電視，最後只能用YouTube 。 其他設施及供應唔錯。不過地點有點難找，最好有路線示意圖。”

“走出去就有公車站牌，距離中央車站只有兩站，交通便利，經濟實惠。”

“Welcoming and helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, close to trains but not on top of the tracks, quiet. Good view from our room. Excellent breakfast. Limited selection at the restaurant at other times but lots of nearby options. Aircon struggled on mildly warm days. Would stay again. ”

“The room is equipped with basic facilities but is fairly comfortable. The toilet is a bit small and with only a non-separated shower, but it is overall clean and tidy. The room could be a bit hot during summer days as there is no air con, but the bed is good enough. If there are more chairs in the room, it would be great. ”
