“We booked this place to celebrate my husband's Memorial Day weekend birthday -- just the two of us. We wanted time on the lake outside of the Charlotte Motor Speedway/Coca Cola experience I bought him for his birthday. The property exceeded our expectations -- so much so, we didn't eat a single meal out, opting to cook/grill out to maximize our time on the lake. We wanted for nothing. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, with every amenity -- the kayaks, paddleboards, firepit, dock……

“My family & I were in NC for my nephew’s graduation. Jamie’s place was perfect for our stay! It was very cute, cozy, and clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. While we weren’t there for the lake, it was a nice bonus to be able to look out the front windows and see the lake or sit on the front deck and enjoy it! Jamie was very easy to work with and answered any questions I had very quickly. House was well stocked with anything you would need. She even had a pitcher……

“We chose the Azaela Cottage b/c our daughter was holding her wedding 3 doors down. But it was perfect for the parents of the bride. Far enough away from all the wedding shenanigans, but close enough we could easily help w/anything required. B/c we were there for an occasion, we didn't get to experience all the cottage/lake amenities, but it was still a lovely place to unwind & enjoy our time away from home. Would love to stay again & see more of the area.”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was very quite and peaceful. If you are a fisherman, this is the place for you. Owners responded within 10 minutes to any questions or concerns. Beds were very comfortable for a good night sleep.”

“We came in for a quick weekend for a swim meet in Clover. This location was perfect for us. The host has done a great job with this apartment. The decor is absolutely charming. I thought the kitchen was really well-stocked. We will stay here again for next year’s meet.”

“We booked Trish and Dave’s place for a sibling getaway weekend and it was perfect for us! The home is located on a beautiful property and close to lots of things to do. The house was super clean and comfortable and met all our needs. My brother, sister, and I were sitting on the front porch catching up and Trish comes driving up with brand new cushions for the porch chairs that we were sitting on to make us more comfortable. It was lovely!”

“I enjoyed the location of this property and the responsiveness of the host. However, all the good pictures of the house are in the post. The floor was soft, the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point and didn’t even shut. There were holes in the ceiling from a previous leak, etc. I hope there is a place on this app that I can add the pics that I took”

“The simple home was everything but simple a great location , lots of space and things for both adults and children. We only wish it was warm enough to enjoy the pool. The house was clean and well stocked. And Teri was awesome.”

“We canoed and waded, bird watched, and ate on the screened in porch through rain. Clean, comfortable, and enough outdoor space for kids under 10 to play on and off the lake. Good place for a small family gathering!”

“This property is Amazing. My children loved running around and playing fishing from the dock, swimming, kayaking, all of it even the rainy days it was nice to hunker down and play games and watch movies . It was truly a blast. I'm so thankful we had amazing host who took care of us like family. Would defiantly recommend for family fun and a place to rest and relax.”
