“My husband and I have stayed at the Hilton across the street few times before staying at Wyndham. We liked Wyndham more. Food is so much better, and I believe the staff is more friendly. Make sure you get the junior suite and not the standard double bed room because it’s too small. ”

“This was my second time coming here with my family, we really enjoyed the property and the service. The only complain I have is when making reservations. They say you have to make them the day of but when I asked if i could make it for the following day they said NO!! But on the day before my last day they said they could do that !! I would’ve greatly appreciated if they said that the day I checked in ! I was furious ”

“The only problem (actually it’s not resort’s problem) is the extreme humidity of the room, besides this all others are good”

“Overall the property is stunning! Great amenities and so spacious. Had a fabulous time. A few items I wish was available: 1) Food by the pool instead of only drinks. 2) Face/body washcloths should be automatically available in the bathrooms. Had to call every day to request since housekeeping took them away each time. 3) Ventilation in the bathrooms is needed. 4) Door by the shower would be nice.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. But it really did not cause much of an issue. I was able to enjoy a quiet room that was very beautiful and clean. I am so happy with my choice”

“Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en esta propiedad y esta es la primera vez que el sevicio no fue bueno se ve mucho la diferencia del trato a los extranjeros que a los mexicanos y el trato del barman Félix del bar cerca de la alberca muy malo al igual que en el restaurante Italiano no supe su nombre pero el que servía las bebidas también no tuvo un trato correcto ”

“La pasamos súper bien y en familia. La comida buena y variedad. Hay que reservar para un restaurante de carnes y estando de vacaciones opinó que no es justo hacernos madrugar tanto para hacer reservación. Fui dos dias consecutivos a las 7am y ya estaba lleno, hay que hacer turno desde las 6am por que se llena. Es un hotel para descansar y no tiene mucho ambiente. La barra no tiene música aunque es 24 horas y tienen 2 televisores con deportes los tienen en silencio. Da sueño tomar en esa……

“The staff was very good and very helpful, the property nice and clean and very pretty. The only thing I was not to liking was the sales pitch and not taking a persons no and trying to many times to get a person to buy in. Also being pushed aside for transportation to your room when new customers came in ”

“Nice staff and amenities were good. This is an older hotel but for the price it was on point. Wish there were more food options but the food was decent. The resort was pretty quiet so it felt very private. ”
