“I am not sure what the difference between booking here versus at the hotel/online/phone. The room is also all the way on the far end of the 3rd floor. No close exits, Very small entry/driveway/check in area, easy access to the lobby, and the pool and hot tub are all the way on the opposite side of the building in a seperate area. The room was beautiful and as described. It just didnt seem that its any different.”

“It was advertise that this would be a private home to myself and it was just a regular hotel room, .when I arrived and then I call and was transfer to Vrbo and now I sending pictures of the advertisement to them to review and this should not have happen, I invite family in from out of town to celebrate and then had to cancel at last minute.
