“We really enjoyed our stay at this Uptown gem. Our dates were 1st week of March so a little cold, but we did brave one walk down to the park and lake and it was amazing. So many people were out walking, biking and running: seems like a really active part of the city. I can only imagine how amazing it would be from spring -fall. We didn’t really utilize the house space because all our plans were out and about in the twin cities, but it has a full kitchen and dining room table and nice little……

“The property was immaculate! Really nice studio. You're on a busy road in a trendy area so there is traffic during the day but quiet at night - part of the vibe. Building was very secure! Fun dining and shops nearby and of course lots of great breweries and cider houses within walking distance. Great communication from host and easy check-in/out!”

“We were in town for a teen conference at DECC. Enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Park, the accommodations were good. Very clean and suited our purposes well. We would stay there again. Only issue ( which was kind of big) were the renters in the adjoining unit… they had 2 large dogs that barked a lot and a crying baby. We heard all of their noise. Definitely put a damper on our sleeping.”

“We were in town to do a college visit at the University of Minnesota. The property was an easy ten minute drive to the U and conveniently located off of I-94, which is why we picked this rental. Check-in was easy with abundant street parking available. The rental was very clean and looked even better in person than it does in the pictures. The two bedroom set-up was perfect for my husband and I and our two children for our two-night stay. It's located in a very quiet, residential area that felt……

“This was the best stay I've ever had in Grand Marais, and I will be making it my go-to for future solo (with dog) retreats up north. One word sums up the Studio: COZY. I came in winter, and that's what I needed. Lynn did everything to make this spacious studio cozy, even turning up the water heater so that the faucets produced very hot water when it was subzero outside! The overhead track lighting in the Studio made the space warm and inviting throughout. I will stay in the summer too to enjoy……
