"John is a standout host. He genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and has clearly invested a lot of time and effort on creating an attractive and inviting environment. The location is easily accessible to downtown Troy and the many things in the vicinity, but it’s removed enough to feature spacious grounds and a relaxed vibe. On top of all, he’s a good cook!"

"1735 is an excellent little get-a-way, I booked it for my girlfriend’s birthday as a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint.
