“Not the same Hyatt Ziva that I was accustomed to. I’ve stayed at this hotel over 6 times. The good: The servers at the pool Genaro and Juan still the great service that I remembered. The bad: The hotel is way too Americanized. I’m in Mexico so I want the Mexican traditional food. Coco loco: change of menu. No fish tacos there you have to go sit down at the Cortez now. The aguachiles are only served as appetizers at the Cortez or Hacienda during dinner. They have ceviche still but again not……

“I’ve stayed here 4 times in less than a year. Our fifth time was at Pacifica but we still visited sunset for their wonderful dining options and sports bar. Will be coming back over and over again!”

“I loved the property just don’t fall for the time share presentations they are not 90 minutes more like 4 hours. The spa was amazing! Walking distance to the mall, restaurants and clubs very safe location.”
