“地點方便，購物也容易 。但因近大馬路，所以聽到車聲。沒有電水煲提供，所以冇熱水飲。 浴缸設計差，企身缸，一出是凍水，天氣凍，都幾慘。”

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”

“Lovely stay. The staff were friendly, gave great suggestions and were accommodating. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and everything was walking distance that we needed. Would stay at Le Petit Hotel again! ”

“The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water. Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes). Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.”

“The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included. I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side. This is bad experience and I won’t stay again. ”

“酒店的環境非常好，鄰近景點和有很多餐廳在附近，唯一較令人失望的是早餐選擇有點少，連炒蛋和腸仔也沒有，但酒店餐廳的食物很好吃，水準很高，連續兩天都點了room service ，意粉類超級讚，如我再次到訪魁北克市，一定會再入住這間酒店！”
