“Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel. I think they still need to work on customer service, managers and staffs need to be more friendly and ask guests if they need something. The hotel wasn’t crowded, so there is not excuse to ask if guests need anything. Juan, Jose. Edgar and Glodis were friendly and we tipped them because they really deserve it. Also, the from desk, concierge and security guards were supportive when we asked questions or requested something. ”

“Amazing property, comfortable rooms, lovely staff members. We enjoyed the pools, the bar, the breakfast and brunch. When it was time to check out the front desk watched our luggage while we enjoyed the day waiting for our late flight. Definitely coming back here again and again ”

“Close to the airport but getting a taxi / Uber to other points of interest in Cartagena is easy. Room ok with pleasant view. Have a small pool on the rooftop for relaxing. Restaurant food just so so. ”
