“Worst hotel ever. We have paid the price in advance but the reception told us we haven’t paid for the hotel and asked us to pay again. Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all. After repetitive demands and waiting for a long time, we finally got changed to a new……

“ This is my first time to comment a hotel. Honestly, the location is very nice. I book 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. Our bedroom is on the ground floor, the windows are close to the street, it was very noisy at the midnight. It was rainy when we checked out, there is no roof between our rooms and the lobby. “Reception area furnitures are dusty but room is clean & big enough for the three of us. For seniors like us with heavy luggage lift (old bldg) is inconvenient but Paul stayed up late waited for us due to train delayed on arrival & helped us to carry our luggage to the 4th flr room. He is nice & helpful. Thank you so much. ”

“The soundproof of the room is terrible. You can hear anything from your neighbor rooms, even just a talking voice. And according to the page, parking is free, but actually it's only free for 2 hours, that's deception.”

“MeetMe23 is located to go many attractions conveniently in Prague. A lot of them are within walking distance. The hotel is newly decorated and stylish. The family of 4 had a wonderful stay there for three days. Breakfast is great as well.”
