“The property was over all very nice and clean. The rooms can use a bit of upgrading. The housekeeper also have a habit of knocking on the doors hours before check out, which is a bit annoying if your looking to sleep in a bit. ”

“I stayed for three days, no staff to clean the room. I asked for the room service to let someone to do it, but no one do that.”

“We were in town for an event at the Arts Center. The Starling was a perfect location - an easy walk to the venue with plenty of restaurants for pre and post show dining and drinks. Be aware, the hotel bar turns into a dance club on Saturday nights. For some travelers that's a pro, for others it might be a con. ”

“3rd time back to ATL , this hotel was beautiful. a little bummed out that the pool was closed but i will definitely book again in the future”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”
