“It is a small boutique hotel with top class amenities. The breakfast is excellent and so is dinner. We tried both restaurants, the food was great and prices were reasonable as compared to other restaurants in downtown. The best part was the customer service, it was Royal treatment all the way. Everyone in the hotel knows you by your name and room number to make you feel special. Modern amenities, pool area and hot springs were very enjoyable. Highly recommended!”

De igual forma, ella no fue muy gentil desde el inicio diciendo que no podíamos permanecer ni unos minutos mas en la habitación después de las 11:00 am cuando es el check-out, aún cuando teníamos reserva de Kayak de 10-11 am. “Its beautiful, quaint, not an overwhelmingly expansive property. It's so clean. It looks pretty new, so I'm interested in knowing when it was built.The staff workers are extremely nice and friendly. They seem happy to be there and to be helpful to customers. A couple things they need to work on are keeping the rooms stocked with drinks and snacks since its an all inclusive resort. Service is sometimes slow, for example, when ordering drinks at lunch or dinner, they either took a while to deliver……

“We enjoyed our stay, ocean, low and high tides. Wonderful place! Staff wonderful! Spa service including massage and chocolate wraps were superb. Transportation to airport was on Mercedes Benz absolutely amazing! All inclusive resort need a little bot improve restaurants dinning experience, just 2 restaurants. ”

“The rooms were very clean and everyone was so nice. The rooms are not in walking distance so a shuttle had to be called every time we left the room. Shuttles were fast to arrive though”
