“The staff were all super amazing friendly and always willing to help! We got dropped off there way before check in so they held our luggage and pointed out some things close by we could til our room was ready. Then we used the airport shuttle the next morning and my husband forgot his wallet in the hotel room but the the staff were so nice and found it right away for us and drove it back to the airport for us! They definitely have top notch customer service!”

“Ours was just a short overnight stay but we were welcomed by convenient parking, a friendly check in, and a clean room with big windows and comfortable beds. Several steakhouses and other nice restaurants are within walking distance, and the main reason for our stay—a show at the Orpheum—is just across the street. ”

“this property was very convenient with restaurants and walgreens within walking distance. Property staff for very nice and helpful and generally seem to want the customers satisfied. We took advantage of the pool and convenience of a full kitchen. My only dislike of the stay was the bed was not to my comfort level. I like a soft firm bed and this was too firm for me. ”

“Hotel and property was absolutely breathtaking! The staff was super friendly upon arrival and check-in was easy. My only complaints (and they are very minor) is that the room wouldn't get as cold as we like, and the pillows were too soft. Other than that, it was fantastic!”
