“首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提”

“Check in was easy. Man on reception is helpful. There was a singer for entertainment on the night we stayed he was very good.”

“Awful, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. No hot water for our entire stay, no towels, no staff, guests were going into the kitchen to get things for breakfast as no staff on site. No light bulbs in the lights, bar not open again no staff on site, shabby on the outside and decor 20+ old.”

“I booked this with pay at property option. Hotel took money straight away and refused to pay back. 2 days before my stay I receive a voicemail to say under new management and not honouring existing bookings. Disgraceful !!!”

“Nice hotel with good breakfast. Quiet and have a good view for our room. Need to improve hot water supply and upgrade wifi for guest rooms.”

“Polite and helpful customer service. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is very good especially the fish. The only draw back is the WiFi - as it is free, its bandwidth is limited, so a bit slow and unstable.”

“This was our very 1st visit to IOW, we were not disappointed at all with our choice of accommodation. Everything was well above expectations, friendliness from all the staff, great food in the bar for lunch dinner or drinks, delicious well cooked breakfast with great choice, really comfortable bed. Beautiful view from our room looking out to sea. We will definitely come back at stay at the Harrow. Please pass our compliments on to ALL. The staff . Thank you.”
