“從入大門就很驚豔，有風格特色，熱情服務人員引領到房間，但失望極至，狹小空間，連擺放物品的桌子也沒有，廁所更是奇怪，有根大圓柱在馬桶邊，上廁所壓力極大又空間狹小。隔音差，不定時聽救護車，及摩托車經過，難入眠，背子既薄又硬，房間設施不理想。”

“The hotel had stunning views of the Sorrento town and the Vesuvius volcano, which we enjoyed very much everyday. The hotel shuttle bus to the downtown was very punctual and efficient. There's nothing to complain. We were satisfied with every aspect of the hotel, and would definitely like to stay here again.”

The bar and drink menu with live music every night is such a relaxing ending to the day. The snack bar food was good quality and staff are very polite and caring. The shuttle prompt at every hour to centre of Sorrento and back to the hotel was very useful and makes the hotel even more attractive. We definitely go back to Grand Hotel……

“Heel fijn hotel met mooie moderne kamers op de 2e verdieping. We hadden een probleem met het toilet maar kregen meteen een andere, zelfs grotere kamer. Fijn restaurant ook. Ontbijt perfect.”
