Utilized their baggage storage services so we didn’t have to carry everything with us to Yeosu. "This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop"

"I booked 2 standard double rooms so we each had a individual room to ourselves. I think the room size is just nice for 1 pax. No TV but not a issue for us. The hotel design is very modern and young, I love the vibe especially when the square is brightly lit up in the night. There’s a coin laundry, CS25 and a cafe within the hotel compound. Walking distance to Ilchulbong and Olle track 1, with a number of eateries/cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again if I coming to Jeju. "

"대리석 바닥이라 아기가 넘어질수 있고 별도의 침구도 제공되지 않았습니다. 벽지가 좀 뜯겨 있다던지 선정리가 안되었다던지 등 룸의 상태가 좋다고 생각 되진 않았네요. 수영장과 워터파크는 뷰도 좋고 아이들이 놀기 좋다 느껴졌습니다. 다만 탈의실이 로비에 멀리 떨어져있어 불편했고, 9월 이후 레스토랑등 100퍼센트 서비스가 제공이 되지않는데 가격우 성수기와 비슷한 부분은 잘 이해가 되지 않았습니다"

"I have three kids age of 15,12, and 9. The hotel looks like a mini figure theme park. Many things that kids can play with, such as moon bounce, kick boards that kids can use on the little track around the hotel, and mini soccer. Kids had fun there. The room that we rented were for six people and it was very spacious and clean."

"Nice location, well kept up hotel. Very friendly and polite hotel, staff particularly the young lady making the latte in the Confetti. Selection of vegetarian meals is unfortunately very limited. The gym would benefit from an area where one can do exercises with dumbbells and on the floor exercises. Pool area great. "
