“Room is efficiently laid out. Breakfast buffet is good. Egg station starts only at 8am. Separate toilet, sink and shower is great idea. Bidet, too. Only problem is the toilet glass not sound proof so if you flush toilet in middle of the night, it is very loud. Soft and firm pillows provided. Charging and USB points at each side of the bed. Additional socket on desk. Hot water flask, hair dryer, safe, fridge, hangars.”

“Eventhough the room is quite small, it is comfortable and considered good value for money. The only need to comment is always noisy in the middle at night from the lounge nearby.”

“A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course.”

“Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a……
