We enjoyed our Christmas stay and the Christmas brunch. Staff treat you like royalty and have been consistent in all of our visits to this property.”

“A beautiful stay with lovely staff members. I stayed for one night on the 1st of June. I arrived around 9:30pm and staff members were helpful and great. The next morning the staff in the morning were also very helpful and accommodating. Was treated to a upgraded room which was large and clean and also some fruit juice. Very nice hotel that's clean with incredible service from all team members.”

“I arrived to the airport around 01:40am. Ease to get to the accommodation. Location on maps a bit off, but I received good help from staff at Duroy Hotel nearby. The Nightmanager at Universal Residence could not find my booking but found a room for me. That was around 02:20am. I checked out at 09:00am where the issue had been solved in the meantime. The accommodation could do with some maintenance, but the bed was fine and room nicely furnished. ”
