"Everything was terrific except for the check-in. The clerk needed a credit card for the security deposit and told me nothing else would do, including my VISA debit card (which I used to pay for the reservation) or cash. I was practically out the door when someone intervened and allowed me to use my debit card. Their credit card policy should be in LARGE print, not hidden away in fine print."
