Not for those seeking large bathrooms, dedicated room service, or the shiny, less distinctive New York of the 1990s and after. Not only the most convenient but the most Upper West Sidey of all the better hotels on the Upper West Side."

"The elevators are very slow. The homeless folks outside were no different from any other NYC street. Breakfast was extremely crowded right from the start of service. Otherwise, it’s a clean, quiet place to sleep and reasonably convenient to PABT and the subway. "
