“The window of the room could not be opened, so the room was not ventilated and there was no fresh air circulation. The room smells damp and rotten! Feeling bad for people's health!”

Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible. “I called down to the front desk to ask if there was a good Italian restaurant within walking distance. She took a few minutes to answer, then said she didn’t really know any except for like two pizza places. Then I asked if there were any nicer restaurants, like for a date night. Then she said she wasn’t really familiar with the area, so she had no idea. She said she would call back after she asked around, but she never did. ”

“Overnight trip to visit family. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the young man at check in and check out was very pleasant and helpful. Also, they were pet friendly for a minimal fee which was appreciated!! Would definitely recommend!!”
