"This is a convenient and nondescript hotel that's right outside the Philadelphia Convention Center. It's an easy walk to the SEPTA and PATCO stations. Down side was the homeless population camped out on the streets in the area. The homeless were cool and didn’t panhandle or really bother anyone walking past them. The hotel is secure and clean. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The couple of housekeeping staff that I met in the hallwway were friendly and asked if I needed anything. This...

Only real issue we had was I had to fiddle with the AC for a bit before it would cool the room properly (temperature dial seems broken). Nice big fridge in the better king room we got and broiler microwave was nice."
