“O hotel é excelente: quartos muito bonitos e confortáveis, funcionários atenciosos e competentes, café da manhã e jantar muito bons. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os colaboradores. Em especial pelos simpáticos e proativos concierges Honest e Dale. Eles providenciaram remédios que precisávamos, organizaram um roteiro de passeio nas vinícolas de Franschhoek e Stellenbosch, e ainda fizeram os arranjos necessários para contratar o motorista que nos levaria. Serviço excepcional. Além de tudo……

“My stay has been excellent. I just wish they would make wifi and getting fixed quicker because I spent my whole stay without the wifi getting fixed. The staff are however super friendly, kind and extremely helpful”

“The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not……
