“Great stay, family reunion over Memorial Day weekend. Very clean, spacious rooms. Restaurant very accommodating. Five minutes to stores and fifteen to Colonial Williamsburg.”

“I have to say that the staff at this resort are amazing. They definitely go above and beyond. Luth was so accommodating and helpful with weather updates and making sure we didn't need anything. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back.”

“It was a wonderful visit with excellent food and service. The ground are beautiful. We enjoyed miniature golf, croquet, and views and brews ride. ”

“We had a wonderful time in Cottage 39. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a little bit of space for our family of 4. This was the perfect spot. We didn't get to spend a lot of time on property because of wedding activities, but we did take advantage of the free mini golf as well as the outdoor and indoor pools at the lodge. The kitchen was great for making breakfasts to start our busy days. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. ”

“The room on the first floor is too small, smelly not nice,clean, all day hot coffee, hot water and ice supply, parking and convenient transportation.”

“Overall my wife and I had a good stay. We stayed in building 20, apt. 1183. We could hear noise on the otherside of the door so thin walls. Room is a bit small. Plenty of towels in bathroom . Outdoor furniture would have been great to sit on to look at golf course or at night just to chill but light is very dim at night and chairs were metal, so they were kind of rusty and dirty. Would be great if complex would keep some cushions on inside of room to use for outdoor chairs.”

“Always have loved staying here but it’s been years since my last stay. Have always loved it. Check in young woman was excellent. Very sweet and professional. Woman at front desk at check out seemed bothered and unfriendly. Gentleman “manager” I’m assuming who was often behind the desk in the background never stops looking at his cell phone and cutting up behind the desk while people were lined up waiting. Just found it all very unprofessional for this classy place, as he should have been……
