“Our first time in Jamaica and a Sandals we loved it. We had a standard room, comfy bed and cleaned daily got extra shampoo/soap when I asked for it. Dining options were great, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was really good, we will be back in 2026! ”

“The Grand Lido was nice. Pool has missing tiles that need replacing. Patio screen is too loose. Room service was the worst! Order never right. Order never confirmed as they were overwhelmed. Food takes too long too receive. More food options are needed for room service and restaurants. NO MORE INSTANT POTATOES!! Bartenders are not great at making drinks. They need training bad! “The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.”

“Nice boutique hotel. With only 18 rooms and only 1 other couple there when I was there it was like a ghost town. But I wanted some peace and quiet. Which isn't the easiest thing to come by in Negril. Only complaint was pool was closed for a day. You Can hear noise from road. But I think if you had the ocean front room you wouldn't hear it much ”

“Love the layout of the place. Property really has that country feeling. I stayed in my own small wooden cottage. Felt like being in my own home. Beach gets top points. Staff very courteous, friendly, helpful. Would definitely return, but not when neighbouring Margueriteville next door hosts all night parties.”
