“Receptionist brilliant ! We got lost sat nav took us down a dirt track , very helpful! Food awful, fish had been cooked twice tough, ribs hadn’t been cooked properly so mainly fat. Rooms spotless and very reasonably pruced”

Mainly fish. My husband does not eat fish or meat on the bone. Therefore we ate out after first night. Could have done with more normal choices. Not partridges or game birds. ”

“A warm welcome from the owners at the Dower House. What a lovely stay we had. Such a lovely hotel and grounds, with an outdoor pool too. The rooms are furnished to a high standard, with a comfortable bed,. A quiet location but only 2 miles into Lyme Regis. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.”
