"Had a very pleasant staycation with my girlfriend who was visiting from Pasadena. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our stay at check-in to extending our Check out time when we left. The hotel was clean, all the staff friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, even if the weather is inclemental. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nikko when you visit San Francisco. Thank you Nikko for a great stay, we will be back!"

"Great hotel, newly updated amenities were appreciated. We tried to check in early and were excited when we were informed there was a room ready, sadly they charged us for early check in. I was disappointed in our room at first— I had been under the impression that a junior suite would have more than one room. It was also not ready at 5:30 when we arrived.
