“It would be better to specify (preferable in written) and inform the guest about the US$25 per day mandatory charge for hotel expenditure. Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.”

“Good location, whole foods and good restaurants nearby. Called front desk several times for comforter. Takes 1 hour to sent to the room.”

“交通方便，鄰近即有四條地鐵線。到重要景點及博物館都很方便。附近也有幾家不錯的早餐店和餐廳。美中不足之處是零售水及零食的商店很少，飯店內的小賣舖價格十分高昂。”

“Loved the place nice view. Good luck finding parking, they have an overnight parking lot but they also charge you for that which is crazy cause the place itself is expensive. The lobby is amazingly beautiful. ”
