“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”

“Dirty place , tv wasn’t working , staff member was rude and unhelpful , gave wrong information all the times ”

“Room is neat, not too small. No slippers and toothbrushes provided until we asked for. Breakfast is good with variety of drinks and bread. ”

“Heater/ventiliation extremey drying. I had a hard time falling asleep because my eyes and noise got very dry during the night ”

“Hotel was very nice comfortable and clean great location near to Utilita arena and sea life centre. The only main issue was the totally exorbitant price of food and drinks and absolute rip off £27 for one glass of wine and one whisky????? Are these prices picked out of the air because I can buy a bottle of whisky and a reasonable bottle wine for that price. Bring your own refreshments that’s all I can say. Unless you’re happy with being ripped off ”

“Bad: The drawer and the kettle are not clean...should be improved more. Good: 1. Breakfast is very good and the chef is nice. 2. Bathroom is clean and tidy.”

“The condition of kitchen was poor with coffee machine, fork, dirty bottle to contain cold water,, .Fortunately, the washing machine and dryer was good and effective. Hopefully, more customers will like this aparthotel because they could rectify all after some of the above had been brought up for their attention on the second day. Some problems had been reflected when I checked out on the third day.”
