“It’s quite suspicious and full of amenities to be honest I didn’t need to call once to reception because everything was upto mark”

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Hotellet var helt supert. Har aldri vært borte i mer service minded personale. Ble fulgt opp på rommet ved ankomst og de hadde alltid noen hyggelige ord når vi kom og gikk. De passet også på å informere oss om hyggelige ting som skjedde i Eastbourne mens vi var der. Rommet var veldig bra. Svært god seng og det ble satt inn nye flasker med sprudlevann og vanlig vann hver dag uten at det kostet noe ekstra. Morgenen etter ankomst spurte de om vi ønsket kjøleskap på rommet. Det var på plass da vi……

“Juned at the reception was lovely and very helpful at all times. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”
