“It’s quite suspicious and full of amenities to be honest I didn’t need to call once to reception because everything was upto mark”

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Juned at the reception was lovely and very helpful at all times. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”

“Delightful small hotel near the seafront in Eastbourne. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. The free parking was wonderful.”

“Très bon accueil. Chambre propre et bien aménagée avec une cuisine très bien équipée ( il y a même un four et machine à laver). Chambre au calme. Pour l'emplacement pas loin de la mer et proche des bus qui emmènent à Hastings et à Brighton. Je me 10 ce qui est rare pour un Français.”

“We really loved our room. Everything you could need and THE BEST sea view ever! I also wanted to say a massive thank you to Ruth on reception as I called in a panic after we had left as my husband had left his wallet in our room. She was amazing and so were the house keeping who found it AND all safe. Other staff members were lovely too who we met”

“Can't complain about the hotel. staff were polite and friendly and it was a reasonable stay. Like a lot of hotels around the UK, they do look tired . the communal areas such as the reception and bar were ok and so where the rooms but could do with a makeover. Something to note, like other hotels, parking is awkward and you may not be able to park outside the hotel. ”
