It was a pleasant stay the staff was fantastic, the worse thing was the price, it was expensive for 1 night. I have stayed in nicer places for cheaper even though it was a long weekend. room was clean, bathroom could have had more attention when being cleaned.

Very convenient location on Whyte and the breakfast each day was very good. Everything else was mediocre. -We had a room with a fireplace but the staff couldn't get the pilot to light. -Both ice machines were broken. One evening staff brought some ice when it was requested, another evening they did not. -The lounge was said to be available until 10pm, but food ends at 9 pm and was already closed when we went at 8:45pm.
