“This hotel is in the West Edmonton Mall. We book this hotel for the convenient location. The staffs were excellent and tried their best to accommodate us.”

“The price was very affordable and the location and environment of the hotel was great. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was that the soundproofing of the guesthouse was a bit poor, I could hear loud noises from next door and the ice machine working outside of the room.”

We stayed in the queen suite and it was a really nice size and a huge fridge and sink was such a bonus plus tons of table space. Would highly recommend staying here! ”

“Dining options were great; the location for our purposes was very convenient. Though a bit louder due to traffic and trains, it was very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. One elevator was broken during our stay on a busy weekend and we didn’t have time to sit and wait in Ricki’s for a breakfast that was included with our stay. We prefer a buffet breakfast for busy mornings. ”

“Comfy clean room with blackout blinds - yay! Our Deluxe King bed room was spacious but seemed emptier than other rooms I've had before, almost as if they removed a table and/ or desk and chair. Kind of strange. I also will never understand why hotels don't have bathroom fans. It just feels gross!”
