“The price was very affordable and the location and environment of the hotel was great. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was that the soundproofing of the guesthouse was a bit poor, I could hear loud noises from next door and the ice machine working outside of the room.”

“Super friendly and welcoming staff! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they apologized and explained that they were fully booked the night before and were trying to get our room ready as fast as they could. We waited in their comfortable lobby/breakfast area and were offered snacks and drinks. Loved the fresh coffee/tea bar that was available 24hrs. We were there for a tournament and had very early games. They opened up the breakfast 20mins earlier to accommodate us. ”

“Dining options were great; the location for our purposes was very convenient. Though a bit louder due to traffic and trains, it was very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. One elevator was broken during our stay on a busy weekend and we didn’t have time to sit and wait in Ricki’s for a breakfast that was included with our stay. We prefer a buffet breakfast for busy mornings. ”
