It was hard to get bedding for the sofa bed, but I'm sure that was because the hotel was sold out the night we stayed. Transportation we booked to transfer us from airport to hotel was excellent. Wish there was more food options for breakfast at the hotel or nearby, but we made do. Easy place to be before a cruise. Worked well for 3 adults. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"
