“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“First time at Tru. It was really great. The basics in the room are the only ones I really needed. I liked that they had a Peloton bike, but I wish they would maintain it better. The gym was fine, overall. The elevator was a little dirty, so that needed some attention. There was also no bath gel in the shower, so that was a bummer. But bar soap was offered.The front staff was super helpful and courteous. Overall, I’d stay again.”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“I stayed here before. This time my room spaced the parking lot. I wanted the “inner courtyard” but I didn’t specifically ask for it so that’s what I took after realizing. The restaurant was great and overall the room was comfortable.”

“all accommodations was okay except the bathroom could have used a better cleaning around the toilet and tub because you could have seen it was a rush job and made was only sweet and not even properly”

“Everything fine except super noisy neighbors carrying on well past midnight. Complained to the front desk and they came up to address. Noise still didn't stop right away but eventually did.”
