“It was nice. The rooms seem a little dated but still ok. The waterpark was a lot smaller then i thought based on the pictures but nice. My kids honestly just preferred to go to the regular pool. Over all it was ok but in all honesty i think it was just a one time thing for us. ”

“We had requested an early check in and were told that we would be able to. After driving for 24 hours I wouldn’t have expected to not be able to check in at our arrival time. We were told we would have to wait a few hours, then we went back to the front desk and was told that we would have to wait even longer to check in, even though we were told we could have an early check in. ”

“Hotel was hard to find at first and it kind of resembles a motel on the outside BUT they remodeled it beautifully. Staff was AMAZING! Literally so nice, so attentive. Customer service was a 10/10. But I have three complaints. First, I would put the ac on 60 but it never went past 68 and seemed like it didn’t work at night; it would get extremely hot during the night and I have to be cold to sleep. “The San Carlos hotel has this classy vintage vibe to it and the location is close to everything that in Downtown. Only negative was the parking situation but no big deal. Will stay again. ”

We were there on a night when the bar was closed so I am not sure how noisy that can get. With the heat, could be nice if there was a pool instead of a bar but I am sure the bar is fun too!”
