“The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged……

“This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!”

“I love this place but 2 dinette chairs are weak 1 handle almost fall off we did screw tighten up, laundry room full bulk blanket and etc hasn’t remove , the tv remote all batteries already dead we replace new batteries, bathroom toilet seat are loose we fix it completed in the back room I think #4 Window blind already damaged and there is no toaster in kitchen we would rent us. Again in future the place is so beautiful and thanks”

“Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. ”

“Did not spend much time in the room. It was clean and neat. Union Transfer is a 2 minute walk so that was awesome. ”

“The free self parking was good. Founded parking almost instantly despite a full parking lot. Check in was not too long. Staff was respectful. Room was nice, however did have to request room change after discovering rust marks in bathtub. Second room was ok. Would recommend air-conditioning in hallways. The hallways were very humid, however upon entering room the temperature was much better, nice and cool. There is microwave in common area on the floor and mini refrigerator in the room I booked.……
