“The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.”

“Our host Shelly is an absolute sweetheart. She had cookies for our arrival and gave us helpful info about the area. The B&B has bedrooms at either end of a common LR, DR and kitchen so if both rooms are rented the common space is shared. We had the place to ourselves, which was super. On our second night just after dark we heard the sound of horses trotting as Mennonite carriages went by - so cool. We’re country bumpkins (smile) and loved the farm setting for our stay. Shelly topped things off……

“The cabin was as expected, clean and cosy. It was the season of chilly nights but the heater kept the cabin warm, during the warmer days we enjoyed the outdoor furniture and park across the road. The location is good, between Lindsay and Peterborough both of which we explored.”

“Great host! Loved our time. The cabin has a loft to sleep so my partner & I slept comfortably. There was a fridge, freezer, bbq , & fire fit we had access to. Central to Lindsay, Fennelon Falls, & Bobcageon so there everything you need is right there.”

“Cottage was really cute and cozy! We enjoyed our stay! Only thing that was not very clear from the listing is that the cottage is not directly on the water, but the access is very close by! About a 10-15 minutes walk from the village! We definitely enjoyed our relaxing time!”

“Our family (with 2 kids under 10) stayed here for 3 nights. Cathy was a very welcoming and warm host who gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. The cottage was even more beautiful in person. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All rooms had fans, which we appreciated. The skylights all around the cottage made it bright and functional. Location was perfect - between Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls. We highly recommend a stay here - you'll make memories for life!”

“Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Had questions before booking and after, owners replied back almost immediately. When arriving they messaged to check in I got in okay and to let them know if I had any other questions. It’s October so it’s cold the screen room was perfect for space of 9 people to be able to see the beautiful view, relax and stay warm. Each room had its own temperature for each guest to adjust to their liking. Lots of space, and accommodation for a great price in comparison……

“Took my brother who was visiting from the uk he played his first golf course in Canada. View was incredible we really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Unfortunately I didn’t get into the spa for a massage nothing available until after we left. Over all great time”

“Really nice property located about 10 minutes outside of Fenelon Falls. Property has been beautifully updated and has all needed amenities. It’s a short walk from the lake at the end of the road. I did book thinking the property was directly on the lake but wasn’t overly disappointed that it was a backlot with slight slivers of lake view from the property in front. It’s a very nice quiet getaway location for a couple or small family. My daughter and I were looking to just relax and read and it……
