"Was greeted and well looked after, very accommodating to our arrival times. Very enjoyable stay, the pub downstairs was a little noisy when arriving back later on but this was totally inaudible from our rooms. Breakfast was great, we felt very looked after and attended to. The stairs were a bit of a challenge with cases but that was the only downside, certainly wouldn't put us off returning in the future. "

"Full breakfast included. We stayed a second night because we were so blown away by the beautiful place and the area. The beach is peaceful and a nice easy walk to the remnants ofthe red castle. Elaine is a sweetie and Aiden too and the kitchen staff were also and gave us ideas local places to see. "

"Only stayed for one night as in the area for business purposes. Had an evening meal in the bar area and the food was excellent. Room was clean and nicely decorated with all amenities provided. Staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast was superb in the morning although I did not have much appetite early on I wouldnt have gone hungry if I had been ready for food. Lovely natural yoghurt with fruit compote and honey and although I didnt actually eat the bacon barm at breakfast I took it away and ate if for lunch cold and the bacon was really good quality. "

"This place was incredible! When it said beach view, it means that literally. Very spacious And super clean. Excellent bed and linen. A fridge stocked with fruit, milk, juice, eggs, bread yogurts and water was lovely. Very narrow parking area. Super nice host!."

"Quiet enjoyable break. Rooms and shower warm, service friendly and hotel clean. Jus one or two bits needed attention, however, they have signs stating that they are currently upgrading. Breakfast was great to start you off and the pool and gym are a bonus. Location good for walks and facilities in the town. We would come back for another stay if in Forfar"
