“Bed was comfortable, large room and bathroom, very clean throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and well cooked. Service was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Gardens extensive. No local amenities that I was aware of. Sort of place ideal if just passing through, having a reception or making use of the bar/restaurant.”

The Inn is set in beautiful countryside, and I loved the quaintness of the building, lots of different areas to sit in to eat or have a drink, and a nice covered seating area outside. “We had a lovely stay at the three lions. The staff were all amazing and left us a card and some chocolates for our anniversary, which was really sweet. The hot tub was warm and ready for us when we arrived. The only downside to this was there was no cover or canopy, and it was raining all evening so we didn’t get to enjoy this as much as possible. “What a beautiful property. Its a credit to its owners who have not missed anything that makes an overnight stay comfortable. Super clean, upmarket, comfortable and with all the little things that you expect - tea, coffee, biscuits - just those nice little touches. Then, there is the pub, which is simply superb.
