“The stay was good. The hotel is very nice!! Their snacks at happy hour could be better, but that’s me comparing it to the Happy Hour at a Drury Inn. They only offer Valet parking, which is fine and I knew that, but the Valet scratched my car when getting it out of the garage and they still charged me the overnight parking fee. I would think that would at least be waived given the inconvenience of me now having to get my car fixed. He was apologetic and the manger handled the situation very well.……

“In town for the eclipse. I enjoyed the color themed rooms in theory, but they didn’t have our selection available when we checked in. Art was fun. ”

“Great hotel stay! Love the vibe and museum! Quiet, comfortable and clean. Love that they use mattress covers. Helped give me peace of mind. Staff was super friendly. Only downfall was that parking was expensive and didn’t realize there was a $100/night fee for incidentals. ”

“This was a clean, nice stay. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was hot and good. Our Wi-Fi did not work well though and that was our only complaint. ”

“Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”

“酒店的位置特别赞，紧靠拱门和公园，离开地铁也近，房间里窗帘可能是后装上去的，既不方便拉动也看上去比较次，服务员倒是特别亲切”

“It was a good stay for the most part. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint is that they charge a reimursable $100 room fee but it takes 10- 15 days to get it back. It has been 2 weeks and I still did not receive my deposit back. ”

“Gute Alternative zum Hotel für uns beide. Hatten es kurzfristig gebucht und auf der Reise nur begrenzten Internetzugang. Der Buchungsprozess ist komplett online und war daher etwas kompliziert. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Mitarbeiterin AJ lief aber alles problemlos.Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür für den Weg in die Innenstadt und zum Gateway Arch.”
