“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……
“Probably among the top 5 places to stay at Gatlinburg. It's a little too expensive for the average traveler though. The whole place is clean and pleasant and you feel welcomed. The beds, -----, well not all that great.”
“We enjoyed out stay at this hotel, because it is completely renovated and brand new on the interior and the exterior. The breakfast was very good. The location was surprising, as it is positioned in a somewhat industrial area, yet we felt safe. Given this, we found the hotel stay to be pricey, but it was the Memorial Day weekend, so that was what would probably explain the high cost.”
“We have been staying here for 4 years and love it. Close to walking distance of outlet and shopping. Breakfast is awesome thanks to Dexa!!
Housekeeping excellent service!
We will continue to stay here!

“Small room but all accessories were in working order. Location is great to all local attractions. The free trolley stops right at the lodge! Host was responsive with text communication.”
“The Hotel Pigeon Forge was reasonably priced. It is an older hotel that could use some updates but was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was limited more than most but fine. There was no view of the area as the hotel is surrounded by other hotels. No shampoo or bath soap was provided so bring your own. Bed was very comfortable. AC was loud but we considered that a good thing as it acted as white noise. ”
